Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

● Product is defective
● Product is not as described
● Product must be unopened
● Product must be in original packaging
● Product must be unused
● Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

What does 30 Return Policy mean?

You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses and sunglasses to contact us for a return authorization (RA) number. Items must be in new unworn condition and returned in their complementary cases to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping), or for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the credit or debit card or account. Unused accessories can be returned for a 100% store credit or a 100% refund (both excluding shipping).

A small number of heavily discounted items may have moved to our Final Sale category, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Upon confirmation from the courier that your product is safely on its way back to our facility for inspection, you can expect to see your refund within 4-7 business days.

Orders paid for with Store Credit can only be returned for a 50% refund of the Store Credit amount used to pay for the order. The refund will be issued to the credit card used on the preceding order for which store credit was issued. For orders where both Store Credit and a credit card are used to pay for the order, the Store Credit portion will only be eligible for a 50% refund while the portion paid for by credit card will be eligible for either 50% refund or issuance of a 100% Store Credit.

If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.

Contact Lenses Return Policy

Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Boxes must be sealed, unopened, and unmarked.

Contact lens cases are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
